Description

To educate and inspire youth ages 9-13 about business and entrepreneurship, the Business Basics workshop highlights introductory concepts of business planning, money management, customer service, and marketing. With exercises and activities to reinforce the lessons, this workshop promises to be a fun and engaging session from which tweens/teens can learn and grow!

This is a 4-week program, and while participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most impactful experience, you are welcome to attend any of the sessions individually!

Business Basics, the first sessioncovers what an entrepreneur must do to make sure their business or business idea is a success! Here, we go over business planning, goal setting, creating mission statements, and the basics of understanding branding. This section comes with role playing, real world examples and other activities to reinforce fundamental principles of business!
