Offering childhood immunizations, adult immunizations, flu, and Covid vaccines.

Adults: Eligible for 19 years or older with NO health insurance.

Children: Eligible for 0-18 years old and Medicaid/CHIP or no insurance or Alaskan Native/Native American.

Schedule an appointment by calling 832-927-7350 or visit vacstrac.hctx.net to schedule a COVID immunization appointment. Appointments are preferred, however walk-ins are welcome.
