Description

Local yoga instructor, Lisa Bemus, will lead us through a yoga practice, suitable for beginners. Integrating yoga into your routine can help to relieve stress, increase flexibility, and provide numerous benefits that may improve your quality of life. Space is limited, so please register in advance. Water and mats will be available, however you may bring your own. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes. Namaste😌
