Early Learning Quality Network (ELQN) invites you to join our virtual Town Hall! 

Do you have children or work with children age 0-8 in ZIP code 77379? Join us for a brief update on COMMUNITY FEEDBACK. 

The Early Learning Quality Network (ELQN) is a community-led conversation that discusses the unique strengths and needs of quality child care in your zip code. In partnership with Harris County and CHILDREN AT RISK, Harris County Public Library is leading a community driven approach to supporting quality improvement in child care settings for children 0-8.

Through community planning and community driven funding, our goal is to improve early learning and child care quality by partnering with families, caregivers, and child care providers to build a network of local organizations and community members focused on early child care improvement in 77379.
