It's too hot outside. Gyms are too expensive. I don't have time to workout. If these are things you have said to avoid exercising, we have a solution! Join us to ease into a low impact and fun fitness program! It's only 15 minutes, it's inside, and it's FREE (y también en español)! REGISTER and let us know you're coming (not required but appreciated). Great for all ages!
