Ballet Body Conditioning Basics is ballet-based body-conditioning and strengthening using Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises.

Additional Info:

- Free! No registration.
- A waiver will be provided and required to participate.
- Attire: Wear something you can move comfortably in. Exercise pants and T-shirts are fine. Shoes are not necessary, bare feet or socks work best.
- Equipment: Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on. If you have a small exercise ball, please bring it (some will also be provided)
*No classes on March 11th.
