3D Printer Orientation

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Kingwood Branch Library

Description

This orientation session will introduce participants to 3D printing services in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a 3D printer at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a 3D printer.

This event is open to those ages 13 and older.

If you do not already have a Beanstack account, please sign-up for Beanstack prior to orientation. You can sign up for a Beanstack account here: https://hcpl.beanstack.com/reader365. Participants are also encouraged to create a free TinkerCAD account at https://www.tinkercad.com/.

Registration will open one week before the class. Register online or call 832-927-7830.
