Please note:

• This is not a class. This is a 60 min. program where a staff member will try to help you figure out what you want to learn.
• Basic Tech Help is limited to computer, tablet, smartphone, internet, app navigation, and security basics. For more advanced help, you will be referred elsewhere.
• If you no one arrives by 12:15, the appointment will be cancelled.
