Events › Media Conversion Workshop

This orientation session will introduce participants to the digital conversion equipment usage at the LSC - Tomball Community Library.  Sign up to receive a link to the online class orientation materials.  Viewing the material is required to attend this workshop.

Participants should bring ONE of these:

• 2-5 large portraits or delicate old photographs
• 2-3 old letters or certificates
• 25-30 'sturdy recent' photos
• 5-10 negatives or slides
• 1 VHS tape
• 1 cassette tape
• bound item such as a book, diary or scrapbook.

Participants will need to provide an external storage device or flash drive to save digital images.

After attending this workshop to become familiar with the equipment, participants will be able to schedule future time to complete digitization projects.
