Events › ELQN PCT1: Clean The Block

Precinct 1 Early Learning Quality Network team would like to partner with a local organization that is on a mission to restore pride to the Sunnyside Neighbor by cleaning debris and trash from various neighborhoods. Clean the Block (501c3) is dedicated to fighting illegal dumping, reducing blight, and fostering community pride in neighborhoods such as Sunnyside and the Third Ward. 

ELQN will provide breakfast for the volunteers. HCPL staff will work with the organizers to identify dumping areas that have child care services (home-based, registered, listed or child care center) in close proximity.
